Here’s what you can expect as a vendor of our showcase:

The registration fee is $200 and is due no later than March 1st, 2025.

  • By registering, you'll be provided with a 10'x10' booth space, complete with electricity. Your booth will also include a table with linen, chairs, and all necessary setup to make your experience seamless.
  • For an additional $100 you can upgrade your 10'x10' booth space to 10'x20'.

  • We are asking vendors to provide a door prize valued between $40 and $50.
    The winner of your door prize will be posted immediately following the runway show.
    Guests will pick up their door prize at the Vendors Booth.
  • Setting up:
    We ask all vendors to unload either in the front under the pavilion or the west side of the building by the pool.
    All vendors can unload close to the building, however, following unloading, we kindly ask that you move your vehicles immediately and park by the golf cart shop farthest from the building so guests can park closer..
  • All Vendors must remain completely setup the entire time of the show. You are not permitted to tear down early or leave early. Due to safety concerns, you must wait to tear down your booths until all guests have cleared the facility.
  • All materials must be removed from the facility upon completion from the event. Unfortunately, we cannot have anything left for a later pickup due to business reopening the following day.

Event Booth

Starting price 10'x10' space, for an additional cost you can receive a 10'x20' space.

Swag Bag Information

We will be providing a Bride/Groom Swag Bag for all registered Brides/Grooms.
Vendors will keep all items for the swag bags at their table to handout to guests.
